A WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT

An economic and financial crisis is still sweeping throughout the world.

Many are afraid and asking themselves how they will manage in the future.
They realise that they can no longer afford many things; the cost of living is rising
in relation to their income.
Our governments do not have any solutions to offer yet.
This crisis does not just affect us here in Europe and America but the whole world.
We are already aware of the situation of the poor in Africa, Asia and elsewhere,
this crisis simply increases their misery.
In our own and other countries of Europe, the overseas aid budgets are in danger
of being cut if this has already not happened.

KIBANDA/CSECD continues more than ever
with its efforts to help those in need.
A little gesture on our part during this Lent and Easter Seasons
will be a welcome gift for many poor people.
A gesture of peace, bringing us peace of heart.

With every blessing of the Lord for each of you and family,
we wish all our Kibanda friends a very happy and fruitful Lent and Easter 2014 !
